About each component
Calea zacatechichi – Known as ‘dream herb’ for good reason, this plant is among the most celebrated herbs for lucid dreaming. The properties of dream herb have been recognized by the Chontal Indians of Mexico for centuries. The Oaxacan Indians would typically make a tea with the leaves despite its bitter taste.
The plant contains several active alkaloids present in our extract. In capsule form, users avoid the ultra-bitter tea experience. We use a 10:1 extract in our herbal lucid dream formula.
Blue lotus flower – Nymphaea caerulea has been utilized throughout history as a powerful herbal dream companion. Blue lotus is traditionally said to encourage a consciousness state associated with the dream realm. Users have historically turned to blue lotus during sleep practices and evening rituals.
While blue lotus alone is often associated with beautiful, vivid dreams, when combined with these other lucid dream herbs, the 200:1 lotus extract creates synergistic potential for enhanced dream experiences.

Huperzine A – A sesquiterpene alkaloid extracted from club moss with a history of use in traditional Asian practices. Huperzine has been studied for its interaction with acetylcholinesterase, an enzyme involved in neurotransmitter activity. The extract has been explored as a dietary supplement and is commonly included in cognitive support formulations.
Huperzine A is also frequently used by those interested in dream work. The compound interacts with acetylcholine pathways, and acetylcholine is a neurotransmitter involved in sleep/wake cycles and REM sleep—the phase most associated with vivid dreaming.
Vitamin B6 – Pyridoxine is well-known among dream enthusiasts as a supportive vitamin for dream work. While important for regular neurological function, B6 in supplemental doses is commonly used by those seeking more memorable dream experiences.
